Please note the discount is only available until the registration deadline.

ITP programme
To register for the ITP programme, please register online as instructed below, follow the instructions and select “ITP Programme only” when given the option on the “select attendee type” page.

The fee for attending the ITP programme is only £70 per day, which includes all refreshments and lunch. However this fee can be reduced by paying with a credit or debt card at the time of registration, as this discounts the basket price by £20, making the cost for both days £120 in total.

On-line registration is recommended via our secure server. For those unable to register on-line, you can request a registration form by email to or by telephone to +44 (0)20 7470 4800.

Payment of fees
In order to ensure that it complies with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (“PCI DSS”) and for the protection of its members and others, the Institute of Physics will only accept credit and/or debit card payments online through RBS WorldPay secure payment server.

Confirmation of your payment will be sent by e-mail once the transaction has been successfully processed.
